Due to infrastructure maintenance, PeopleAssist applications were unexpectedly unavailable between 12:23 and 14:11 UTC (13:23/15:11 Paris and 7:23/10:11am New York). During this incident, users may have encountered a 403 error page when accessing the Request Manager, Digital Process Manager and Knowledge Base applications.

Une maintenance de notre infrastructure a provoqué une indisponibilité inattendue des applications PeopleAssist entre 12h23 et 14h11 UTC (13:23/15:11 Paris et 7:23/10:11am New York). Pendant cet incident, les utilisateurs ont pu rencontrer une page d'erreur 403 lors de l'accès aux applications Request Manager, Digital Process Manager et Knowledge Base.
