[US] Single Sign On connection issues when connecting to HRSD through UKG Pro

This incident occurred between 11:42 UTC and 13:48 UTC and is now resolved.

Some customers could encounter this issue when attempting to log into UKG HRSD and would get redirected to an unexpected single sign on page instead.

Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue when attempting to connect to HRSD when going through UKG Pro single sign on.
Only customers hosted within the United States and with both UKG Pro and UKG HRSD components are impacted.
